I went into Serenity looking for a BMW 335/435d they had one in stock that looked great but I'd set my ❤️ on Blue with a red interior. Ian said leave it with him he would look to source one.

I didn't really expect to hear anything back as it's a fairly rare colour combination. However the following week Ian sent over pictures of a prospective vehicle matching my spec.

I've viewed the vehicle and pick it up next week. I couldn't be happier! I'd highly recommend going and talking with the sales team at serenity even if they don't have the exact vehicle you want on their website. Great work Ian 👍

This is an excellent car garage. They had a superb range of stock and were very knowledgeable about the different cars they had and their different features. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A special mention to Jason for all his support and his non pushy approach.

The car I liked was ready to drive away so we did the deal, I got an excellent price for my car and a gift box and I away in my new Mercedes. Ian was brilliant and Jay was hilarious. Extremely friendly staff. I broke down recently outside this garage (NOT in a car that was purchased here!) and the people working here were extremely friendly and helped me to get my car started and moved out of the road. If they are as attentive and kind as they were with me when they are selling cars, I imagine this is a lovely company to purchase from ☺️
